“Charlene was excellent.”

Worked closely with me throughout the house prep, staging, sale and post-sale process. She was a dream to work with and I couldn’t be happier or recommend her more highly.

“Charlene is the epitome of a professional and hard working individual.”

Her vast knowledge and attention to detail made the selling of our home a very pleasant experience during a stressful time. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor.

“Let me start by saying we have bought & sold 10 houses in the last 30 years.”

So, we have worked with many realtors over the years. Charlene was outstanding. Always accessible and always ready to help. I thought she went far above and beyond normal realtor acts. She picked up paint samples to try; came to the house to let someone in when I couldn’t be there for a tradesman; was able to sense my stress points and did things to alleviate that. She put the house on the market Easter Sunday, we were not so sure about an open house that day, but she knew what she was doing. The house sold that very first day! She was just phenomenal!

“Charlene is definitely the best of the best!”

She was an amazing guide for me as it was my first time buying a home. She was always patient while I looked for a long time for the right fit. She helped me make a competitive offer on a home that had multiple offers and I was so happy that the seller chose our offer! Throughout the entire process, from searching to ratification to settlement, Charlene was on top of EVERYTHING. Everyone says home buying is stressful - not so with Charlene, she made the process stress free for me! You can immediately tell that she really cares for her clients and will look out for your best interests from day 1. I don’t hesitate to say that I will seek her services again when I eventually sell my home and buy my next one. THANK YOU Charlene for getting me into my first home!
